Note:- During the war years 1939 -1945 the Company survived due to the undernoted gentleman who, for various short periods, assumed the role of "Acting Captain" and a great debt is owed to them for keeping the Company alive:-
Dan Craig, Alex Marshall, James Gardner, Thomas Fraser, Edwin Munro, John Lawson.
The interim Moderator and Chaplain of the company form 1939-1945 was Rev R Sangster Anderson.
It is also reported that immediately after the war much sterling work was done for the company by Ian Lobban.
Mention must also be made of the support given by Steve Duthie during the early post war years and for his continued interest since then.
